MNSSHP adult costume at 4pm and other ?

I understand that costumes are allowed for adults at the party, but are you able to wear them at 4 when they let you enter for the party or must you change into them at 7 when the party is official?

Also, Jack and Sally are my daughters top priority, so we will get in line for them well before 7, to maximize our time at the party. Are there any QS restaurants in the area? Are we allowed to spread a towel or something on the ground to sit on while we wait on line? I expect to line up by 5, so a good 2 hour wait is in my future

It is not a problem to be in costume at 4 PM for the party. You will start to see costumed people flooding in around that time.

Do Jack and Sally meet near the HM? If so, Columbia Harbor House is QS and pretty good. Sleepy Hollow is usually closed early (something I discovered at my last MNSSHP).

Jack and Sally meet near the entrance to MK, over by Town Hall. So you would want to find a place to eat on Main st.

Oh, I guess it's only at DL they meet near the Haunted Mansion. I didn't remember seeing them at my Orlando MNSSHP.
