I'm wondering the same thing!!! We are going 9/2-9/10, judging by last year it would be on Thursday.

In the beginning, parties are almost or possibly never on Thursdays. Last yr the first party was on Fri. the 2nd...we were there.

I'm really hoping that the first MNSSHP is on either 25th or 29th August as MK is down as closing at 7pm that day!

How do the party tickets work? If I'm in MK for the whole day leading up to the party, how do I show that I have a ticket once 7:00 rolls around?

There will be locations set up in the MK beginning at about 4pm where they will scan your magicband and give you a party wristband.

I'm hoping the fact that MK closes at 7pm on September 26th is because that's a party day- that'll work perfectly with our plans. (and then MK evening EMH our last evening!) Eagerly awaiting tickets to go on sale!

I noticed that too. The Disney site still says September and October, but I'm really hoping for those August dates as we'll be there!
