Anyone know when these tickets will go on sale? I know I'm probably jumping the gun, but our anniversary is Halloween and we don't want to miss tickets.
I don't like what they have done to the Disney.com site. It's hard to navigate and difficult to find information. I can't even make a vacation payment. They put too much effort into the annoying music and less into the site content....with all their $$, they should have done a better job.
I definately get more information on the DisBoards than on Disney.com.

Tickets went on sale the end of April last year via phone and about a month later via internet.

I just logged on to ask that same question! Thanks for the answer, now I have a couple more!

1. What number do you call to buy these tickets?
2. Do you also need to use a day on your park hopper to be able to get in?
3. Search function is down, but I remember reading an idea once to reserve a PS at a restaurant a little earlier than the opening time as a way to get a head start on the fun. Under what circumstances will they allow you in early to do this- only a certain length of time before the 7pm?

Thanks in advance!

Many Diser's have reported being able to use the MNSSHP ticket for admission around 4 pm. (We have APs so no personal experience). Long before the 90 window people are able to book reservations at LLT for early dinners (say 5:30 on). We did that one year, and then later fell in love with CP, so we ended up making reservations there at the usual window. I think we were seated about 6:00, and I have to say 5:30 would be better.

Before the Official opening at 7PM people are sent to Tomorrowland, where even some stores close temporarily. It's not that by coming in at 5, you are able to have the opportunity to ride on lots of rides. DH and I began walking toward ToonTown before 7, and the CM told us that except for Tomorrowland, no rides would be opened.

We went to both MNSSHP and MVMCP on the last dates offered this year, and had a wonderful time at each. Both were "sold out."

If you order tickets from Disney by phone or internet you don't have to pay to have them mailed, you can print out the sales receipt and pick them up at guest relations.

If you only go in for the party, even before 7, you don't need a park hopper ticket, just the party ticket.
