Does anyone know how quickly these would sell out. we are planning on going to this mid october around the 17th and dont want to be disappointed!!

Some of the more popular dates sell out fairly quickly (such as Halloween itself). 17th isn't one of the dates, but I'd recommend avoiding weekends. You will still be able to get some dates right up until the last minute, but I'd be inclined to buy your tickets and plan the rest of your trip around this event.
