MMRR after Star Wars Dessert Party?

Is it possible to do the MMRR after the dessert party? Not sure how the timing works out. We have never done a dessert party before.

Depends on park hours. Most often I believe the fireworks are at the very end of the park day. So
Like today DHS closes at 8PM and the fireworks start at 8PM. That means no you wouldn’t be able to do so because the line for the attraction closes at 8PM.
