I wonder if they were an afterthought? But the wording was that this was a thank you for buying it for 2025 so I’d guess everyone who bought year 2 will get them, regardless of whether you have renewed for 2026.

Maybe they wanted to make sure everyone who bought the package at any point in 2025 got one so they waited until the benefit year was over before they ordered them and sent them out.
