Question: Is there G+ during MM? Or are you just counting on the limited attendance of this type event to reduce wait times for rides?

We are among the very fortunate with reservations to attend MM @ HS this summer. It's at the end of our 7nt stay, and given that it follows extra hours night @ MK, is scheduled to extend into the wee hours itself (and the fact we are scheduled to relocate to Universal the next morning!) - we are taking a leisurely morning & afternoon outside the parks that day, and plan to arrive refreshed and ready at 6pm @ HS to take full advantage of the "magic". We will NOT have used / activated a ticket that day, so we won't have Genie+ services when we enter. We figure we will just hit the "less popular rides", perhaps buy a libation and soak up atmosphere, or maybe even suffer along in a longer "line of choice" until the crowd clears and MM actually begins.

It seems like it would be unnecessarily costly (in $$ and human energy, both of which are fixed in quantity for us lol) to be in the parks all morning/afternoon, then hop over to a free event that overlaps the paid ticket benefits and stretches out into the predawn hours... though I'm sure people do it. I'm just curious as to whether we will wish we had been among those people, lol, if G+ is active and they are stacking up rides late into the night while we are "plusless".

Thoughts?

I'm also curious as to what will NOT be open or available during the MM event... but reckon I can wait until either more details arrive, or those who are scheduled to attend the May event give their reports.

At past MM events:
no single rider line
no FOTL line
Everyone must go through the normal lines, unless you have G+ before the park closes that day. Once the normal park shuts down, all must use the normal lines.

Great, thx for info. We will just use the hours of 6pm to park close to ride the less popular rides, grab a libation, etc. until the other lines get more "Magical" lol.

Is Savi's Workshop open during MM?
If so what hours and do you need to make a reservation upon entry to the park?
