MM registration..

I got all the way to party size on the information page and got "event full" in red print no less. I am really disgusted by this... this is the third event I have tried to register for in the past three years and never got into any... This is feeling less like an perk and more like a bad joke. Best wishes to those who secured tickets... Have a Mickey Bar for us red print peeps!

I know it is hard to complain about something that is free, but this is just ANOTHER case of them making their own stuff so convoluted they cannot manage it.

I want my booking tool fixed.

And I want my 2026 MMB to work because they broke that too. DH bought it in my name and somehow it is listed in my kid’s name who doesn’t always travel with us. This was something they messed up on our original purchase and we spent the time to get fixed last year. Apparently it was not fully fixed.

My registration went through and I got an email confirmation immediately, after the same 45 minutes of trying things to get in. Right after I got in the new message at the bottom of the screen said the system was paused again. I immediately printed multiple paper copies of the confirmation number in case the system "forgets" they sent me the reservation.

I would be very frustrated and I would write an email to an executive to get your contracts fixed for MMB at least, but also so they know how the IT impacts people and their view of their membership.

I got an email confirmation sent to me as well. But I am saving the email and my final page I printed and bringing it with me.

Got in queue at 10:49, at 11:00 one minute wait entered membership id # told no valid reservation. Re entered queue again 4 minute wait. Told again no valid reservation. Tried to enter queue again advised my queue number was used at 11:04. Entered queue again, given 25 minute wait, then queue paused at 11:09. Then when queue started back up given 15 minute wait. Event full at 5 minutes left. Not surprised. Disney IT as a whole has been very bad for years and years.

That sucks so bad. I'm sorry.

I had the page open since early this morning. When it switched and asked for my member number, I entered it with fumbling fingers. In hindsight I should have had a c/p ready but live ans learn.

I started out at 9 minutes when registration opened at 11:00 and got all the way down to 4 minutes when the queue paused. But knowing Disney IT, I kept the page open and when the queue resumed I was sitting at 2 minutes.

Yes! I got in and was able to get the number of tickets I needed! Very excited to be able to do MM. We were going on this trip whether I got the tickets or not. This is just icing on the cupcake.

Sorry for those of you who were booted out before the pause. I would be so frustrated if that had happened to me. I hope your trip is a good one even if you didn't seem score MM tickets.

I got lucky. Initial round, was in after 3 minutes . . . no resort reservation message. Got back in and waited. Once the line got going again, my wait was 15 minutes. About 5 minutes out, got the message that HS was filled up, and limited TL spots remained. Made it through and was able to get my TL spots.

What a cluster this was. Happy I got it, but I'm sure a lot of people are going to be very frustrated by this, and rightfully so.

It seems that everyone in the front of the line that got in before the pause came up empty handed. First time Ive ever been that far up in the que and I still didnt have success..uggh

No not true. I was in before the pause with an initial time of 5 minutes, got down to 1 minute then the que paused. I didnt refresh or exit or reload. Once the que came back I was at 1 minute and I got tickets.

Anyone happen to have 2 extra tickets? It's just my wife and I. We would meet whomever at whatever time they choose.

Think they mean those that got in as in tried to register and were told invalid reservation prior to pause, and thus booted to back of line.

This system has needed to be revised forever, honestly I think they should BOTH restrict it to people using their DVC on the dates AND do it like a lottery, so everyone who is onsite and interested turns in their names, and then they notify those who got in.

There is no excuse to not only make it this stressful, but to have people taking trips during the event miss out to locals who are just around all the time anyway. Locals would also get their fair turn when they are using their DVC. If this were an AP perk that would be different but these events are tied to DVC membership, it's completely reasonable to restrict it for DVC use.

It is restricted to people who use the DVC on this date, is your complaint that people who can drive should not be allowed to go?
