MM magic shot help please

I'm so upset. We did magic shots including the animated ones at HS today. Did them with 3 different photographers. When I view them there is nothing in the pics but us. If it was just from one photographer I would think it was an error on their part but they are all like that. Am I doing something wrong?

They can fix them. There is a form online you can submit and they will get fixed.

Some of ours took 24 hours for the magic to appear. One never did and I sent photopass an email and it was quickly fixed.

Thanks. I feel better now. Last year I remember signing in through an old photopAss link and it worked and can't remember how I did it

We had quite a few that didn't "work" as well. We actually left them as is, and they are some of our favorite moments of our trip. The looks on our faces as we point at nothing is rather amusing!

I just realized all my pics say "not part of your entitlements" that might be why. I prepaid for Memory Maker a few weeks ago. It shows in MDE and they mailed me a card for it. A phone call may be in order.
