MM Comic Book ?

I know nothing about Comic Books, but someone gave me a Mickey Mouse comic book. The maker is Gladstone 95 cents No. 249. The title is Mickey Mouse the Land Long Ago chapter 3 It is plotted and penciled by Floyd Gottfredson and written by Merrill de Maris. inked by Bill Wright special effects and color by Sue Daigle. It is in very good shape. Is this worth anything. How would you find out. Thanks.
