MM and WOC - when would you go?

We're going DL/CA for 4 days (Tues-Fri) May 17 - 20. My sister's BF will join us the 18-20. We will be staying offsite and all have parkhoppers w/ one MM. My immediate family is planning on upgrading to Deluxe APs sometime during the trip (none of the days are blackouts) - which will give us a discount on dining and shopping w/n the parks.
So, my first thought was to do MM our first day, but then sis's BF will miss it. Then I realized I'll need to get GACs for both my mom and DH - so that's going to take a chunk of MM time as well. Should we hold off to MM until Thursday? If we do, I was thinking DL at regular opening on Tuesday, get GAC, get a few picts on Main Street, then heading to CA to open it and spend the morning there. Should we WOC on Tuesday or Thursday? I was only planning on opening CA one day, so I'd need to 'run' in on Thursday if we WOC that night...
What would you do?

Don't upgrade until to AP until after you use your MM. That is most important. As for MM, it looks like Thursday is the way to go. WOC? Whichever day is most convenient for you to get your FPs.

Keep in mind you are going midweek of offseason. I wouldn't worry to much on the MM because you will get plenty of rides in either way. I would prefer to get the Delux and start using the savings right away.

I would see WoC first night, just in case it does work out you will have a chance to see it again.

I would get the AP and GAC in DCA. Much shorter lines. And wouldn't waste the golden hour when a park opens doing either if you can help it.

There are a bunch of the FL rides that won't let an ECV in the queue at all (even the HA entrance). My mom is in a WC and my DH an ECV. There will be 7 of us. Will they let DH use the HA entrance w/ just his cane w/o a GAC? This is why I thought I would need to get the GAC first...
