For those in Canada… yes the Blue Jays broadcasters will continue to do play by play as normal. You won’t be forced to watch the international feed throughout.
What’s with restricting ticket sales?! That’s a new low for the Yankees to block MA residents from buying tickets through TicketMaster.

I tuned in yesterday afternoon for my team THE CHICAGO CUBS!! Within one minute of listening to the ESPN announcers, I was reminded how much I missed home team announcers. I stayed the course, but today I'll have to listen to Pat and Run even if the sync is off.
Every game W is a game 7 to me. I LOVE my team!

It’s happened in the NHL too. The first time I recall was the Tampa Bay Lightning during the 2015 Stanley Cup Finals. They restricted sales to those with Florida billing addresses. They tried to ban fans wearing Chicago Blackhawks gear too, but the NHL quickly overturned that. It's not the first time. I believe it happened with football in the past too, both teams restricted sales to the opposing teams fans.
I wonder how DS and his girlfriend are handling it today. He's a big Red Sox fan (even bought a brick at Fenway) and his girlfriend is a Yankees fan.Red Sox/Yankees game 1 was a great game to watch. More so for the Red Sox fans. What a finish to an amazing back and forth game.
So are DH's family (they live just north of Chicago). When we were up there this summer, there were Cubs fan stuff all over their house, and everything stopped whenever a Cubs game was on so we all could watch. Also watching the Cubbies! Go Cubs Go!

It was a great game last night. Boston can hold their head up high. I don't know if the Yanks can win against Toronto this year in the post season to be honest.Another great Red Sox/Yankee game last night. Looking forward to the winner take all, game 3 tonight!
