For those in Canada… yes the Blue Jays broadcasters will continue to do play by play as normal. You won’t be forced to watch the international feed throughout.
I tuned in yesterday afternoon for my team THE CHICAGO CUBS!! Within one minute of listening to the ESPN announcers, I was reminded how much I missed home team announcers. I stayed the course, but today I'll have to listen to Pat and Run even if the sync is off.

I turned down the volume so I wouldn't have to listen to the bias of the announcers. I also chuckled when they mispronounced Wilyer (Red Sox outfielder). I too miss the home team play by play.

It’s happened in the NHL too. The first time I recall was the Tampa Bay Lightning during the 2015 Stanley Cup Finals. They restricted sales to those with Florida billing addresses. They tried to ban fans wearing Chicago Blackhawks gear too, but the NHL quickly overturned that.
A few other NHL teams restricted ticket sales since then too. I suppose secondary sites don’t care.
So are DH's family (they live just north of Chicago). When we were up there this summer, there were Cubs fan stuff all over their house, and everything stopped whenever a Cubs game was on so we all could watch.
