MK tour plan please critique

We have 8:00am PPO ADR @BOG--plan to be done by 840 and head to Mine train to try and ride once (if not no big deal)

845-855 SDMT
900-910 PP (FP 9-10) this is my sisters fave ride so she insisted get a FP just incase-- they will change to something else if don't need it (which I don't think they will LOL)
920-940 BTMRR (rider swap?)
945-1010 Splash (rider swap?)
Once get RS myself and DS4 will ride train to fantasyland
1025-1040 Speedway (FP 935-1035 myself and DS4)
*Will meet up with my sister and nieces at Mad tea
1045-1100 Mad Tea
1105-1120 Little Mermaid (FP 1035-1135)
* get cinnamon roll from Gastons Tavern
1145-1200 Dumbo (FP 1145-1245 for myself and DS4)
1145-1200 Barnstormer(FP 1145-1245 for my sister and nieces)
Train to Main St
leave for resort

We will head back to our resort for lunch and to rest and to leave my DS4 with my mom and dad. We will plan to be back at MK by 4pm and stay till close.
Our afternoon plan is to use rider swaps and then use 4th, 5th FP etc... for whatever we can. I am hoping we can at least get FP for HM and POTC for late afternoon evening. Other than that we plan to just do some shows and then see MSEP, Castle show and fireworks.

Does this look doable?

Definitely doable. But since you asked for critique, here goes:

I'd ditch the FP for PPF, you won't need it. We also had a PPO ADR at BOG when we were there in mid April. After we ate, we hopped in line for 7DM and got one ride in before the rope droppers arrived. We then made our way over to PPF with minimal wait. Use FP for Splash instead. You'll spend a lot more time waiting in standby for Splash at 945 than you will for PPF at 9. You might even be able to get FPs for both Splash and BTMR if you also use rider swap(?).

I also question the FP for Mermaid. In mid-April the longest wait time we saw was 35 min. Although if you want to leave the park by 12p then maybe you will need it. If it were me, though, I'd roll the dice and go standby on Mermaid. Bump the Dumbo/Barnstormer FP's to 10:35-11:35. As soon as you're done with Dumbo/Barnstormer (and while you're enjoying your cinnamon roll) book your next FP for when you return in the afternoon. In mid-April, we found that that FPs were pretty slim pickins by 2p, so you might be doing yourself a favor by skipping the Mermaid FP and booking afternoon FPs sooner when there's more to chose from for when you return. Even if Mermaid is a 40 min wait, the line is always moving, has an interesting queue and goes by fast.

Also, I'm not sure if you've done the PPO ADR at BOG thing yet but make sure you get to bag check by say 7:15. You'll want to be toward the front of the PPO ADR line so you'll feel less rushed. Also be sure to pre-order your meals. You may already know these things but I figured I'd mention them just in case.

Is your MK day a day with the new early entry ticket morning? Just wondering if it will change your plans. I agree with the KEVD that you won't need a FP+ for PPF if you get there at RD and switch that FP+ to Splash. Also, last June Little Mermaid waits were not bad at all; you may consider switching that as well.

Does this look doable?

Absolutely. Like the others said, you don't need a FP for PP if you are there that early, get one for Splash instead. Also, with FP you miss the details in the new PP standby queue.

I've got no problem with the Little Mermaid FP, after 10am Fantasyland lines can start getting long.

I would also be aware that the train can be slow, if you are in a hurry to get from Splash to Speedway by a certain time it might be quicker to walk.

I don't think you'll have any problem at noon getting a 4th FP for HM or POTC before you head back to the resort. I'd probably opt for HM for a 4th FP, in my experience it seems like Pirates standby line gets pretty short later in the day.

While this 'may' be doable.........(I hope those younglings like to move quick ) I wonder if its completely efficient. You start in Fantasyland.........and are looking to be in Frontierland in less than an hour.........which seems tight to me given your crossing the park. Then its a Train ride (phew....... ) back to fantasyland...........where you have Speedway first.........but to get to the speedway you pass the Barnstormer and Dumbo.........and the Mad Tea Party.............then you go back.............I'm dizzy. You're also counting on your times to be accurate........those times seem tight to me. Why not finish in Frontierland with FP's on BTMRR and Splash. That way you can FP PP for a bit later in the morning.........and run the circut in Fantasyland ............from 7DMT.........to Barnstomer.........Dumbo...........Little Mermaid (may this one is done on the way to PP)...........Tea Party.........and Speedway. Or go from 7DMT...........to Speedway..........and then walk back thru Fantasy land. It takes the Train out of the mix...........but it may be more efficient that crossing the park twice (even using the train). Also seems like your expecting the kids to move through this..............pretty quick. You have no time for stops and just taking it all in.............. from what I see.............If it were just adults I'd say it can be done......with younger kids.........

If you finish in Frontier land you can take the train back to Main St.............!

How ever it goes for you........have a great trip.

The 2 tricks, is once you scan that your using it, while in the short fastpass line you can try to get another one at the same time or move up an existing one if it works for where you are. I've done 5-6 fastpasses in an hour depending on the rides (some rides aren't all that fast)
