Whats best way to do it in the least amount of time?

Car would be best (fastest) option, otherwise take the Disney bus

Car would be faster, but if you bus it, you have some options:

1. Take a bus from TTC to MGM
2. Walk to CR and take the bus to MGM

How about the monorail to epcot, then bus to mgm, they're close.

Couldn't you just monorail to one of the resorts and take a bus from there? Or is that not allowed?

yeah, you could do that too. Walking to the Contemporary might be faster though than monorail.

Yup -- I'd walk to CR and take a bus to MGM. Definitely the quickest option. MK is the one park where a car wouldn't be hugely helpful, unless you're willing to lie to the guard at CR and park there.
