MK to Boardwalk to MCO

DW newbie here. We have a 4:25 pm Departure out of MCO and are thinking about doing a couple of hours at MK on our departure day. We'll check out of Boardwalk and leave our bags with luggage services before heading to MK. We do have to check a bag at MCO (flying Delta) but do have TSA pre-check. I was thinking I should be at MCO no later than 2 hours, so around 2:25. Does leaving MK at 12:30 give me enough time? That would be almost two hours to get from MK to Boardwalk, get bags, Uber to MCO. Thanks.

I think that's plenty of time...and I'm someone who usually gives myself plenty of time to spare. TSA pre check is usually super fast I'm my experience there relative to the regular line.

I'd leave MK at noon. 12:30 seems pushing it a bit too much since there are so many variables at play.

Here's my math:

Arrive at MCO at 225
45 min (should be 30, but I allow a little extra): So leave Boardwalk @ 140
15 min to get luggage: 125
1 hour (should be plenty of time) from MK: 1230.

So be at the bus stop by 1230 and you should be good.
