MK to Blizzard Beach around 4 pm

Friends there now are enjoying their first trip.

1. How do they go from MK to BB after FoF Parade? Do they take bus from Contemporary or do they have to bus to Coronado Spgs and take shuttle?
2. If park is closed temporarily for rain/lightening, do buses still take you there?

I would just walk over to the CR and take the bus from there. I would think that the buses would still run to BB even if it's closed for any reason..just in case there are still guests there.
