our vacation is next week so i am trying to finalize our "plan"

If we go to MK for rope drop and head straight to Enchanted Tales with Belle, the The Little Mermaid, Dumbo, and Barnstormer. Park opens at 9...could we do those 4 rides in 90 minutes?? If not, how much time should i anticipate? (and Yes I know it's just a guess depending on many things but given it will be the middle of the week, does the timing sound unreasonable?)

No AM EMH at MK that day?
70-120 minutes.

Be inside MK and in the Hub on the Fantasyland side by 8:40.

If you're not going during a major holiday, probably yes. I'd do Dumbo first, then the Little Mermaid & Barnstormer before the crowds have a chance to really penetrate back there. I'd do Enchanted Tales with Belle last, because it takes the longest. You'll have a bit of a wait for it, but that will be compensated by not really having to wait for the other three rides.

Btw, "middle of the week" doesn't mean much at WDW. Crowds are out in full force every day of the week, every month of the year. Disneyland, which is more of a locals' park, is different. WDW is primarily a tourist destination park that vacationers travel far and wide to get to, and most visitors don't tend to just drop in for the weekend.
