MK Resort monorail hours

Ok - so trying to figure out how to get to the other MK resorts from Poly for an early breakfast (let's say 8am). I know with GF we could walk, but what about CR. I looked online and it said the resort beam starts at 6:30am. Is this still accurate? So we could hop the monorail at Poly and get to CR? Just wondering if this will be an option, or if we will need to take a cab? I am not sure what the reduced schedule is for each monorail line! Thanks!!
