MK RD strategy

Finalizing our plans- we leave in a little over a week...
So with a large number of people making beelines to 7DMT and A&E at RD, what is the best route to take to get to other attractions at RD? We had planned to go to Fantasyland and do things like PPF, Pooh, Teacups, Dumbo, Barnstormer- not in any particular order- but we don't want to get caught in the race to 7DMT and A&E. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Peter Pan first would be good, then maybe Under the Sea before heading into the Barnstormer-Dumbo-Teacups area (where the most congestion will be).

I don't think you can avoid the congestion all the way down Main Street and through the castle, however, if you're going to Fantasyland first.
