MK question

I am a local and my friends from back home are over at MK today. I want to meet them for an hour or two (at most - I have to work today!) just so I can see them and say hi. I really don't want to have to spend an hour getting to/from the park from the main parking lot (tram, TTC, monorail). I would love to park at Contemporary and walk over but I don't want to lie at the front gate. Do you think if I explain my situation they would let me park there? I'm thinking not. Any other ideas? I just want to see my friend and her kids for a little bit!

You'll have to pay $20 to park at the TTC anyway.

Although Disney's own website says Valet at the resorts is $20/day, it's actually $25/day. Self parking at the theme parks is $20/day.

I have an AP so I get regular parking free.
