Hi were newbies,
We are just starting to plan our disney wedding and one thing we definately want to do is the MK photoshoot. Can anyone tell us what the difference is between the MK photoshoot and the honeymoon photoshoot? And also can you include characters in this?
Thanx

My understanding is that the Honeymoon shoot is in casual clothing, during park hours. The Magic Kingdom shoot is before park opening and you are wearing your wedding dress. I don't know about the characters.

Welcome and congratulations!

The main differences between the two are - the MK photo shoot is at 5 or 6am before the park opens (so no other people in the shots) and you are allowed to wear your full wedding attire, but you are restricted to the castle area (teacups, castle).
The honeymoon shoot is during park hours (so possibility of other people in the shots) and you CANNOT wear wedding / formal attire, but I think you have a wider choice of where to have your poses.
I'm not sure about the number of photo's taken or printed in each package I'm afraid, maybe someone else can answer that one for you.

edited to add that I've never seen or heard of anyone having characters in either package, but you could have them at the cake cutting if you have a Disney wedding, or you could go to a character dining meal at one of the resorts and take some pictures.
