As of 1:00pm, Magic Kingdom Park is still open and welcoming all Guests.

"Our parking lot at Magic Kingdom has reached capacity. Therefore, Guests arriving will be directed to alternate parking at Epcot where they can use Resort transportation to return to Magic Kingdom. The Epcot free parking coupon is being distributed and can be redeemed by Guests. "

All Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks are operating as normal.

As of 1:50 p.m., Magic Kingdom parking has returned to normal operation. Guests arriving at Magic Kingdom auto plaza may park in the Magic Kingdom parking lot.

All Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks are operating as normal.

Rarely...

And it is 100% indicative of when you absolutely don't want to be at Walt Disney world.
