MK Parade and Touring Plan?

June 22. Park is open until 1am, 1-3am for EMH. We are offsite, so won't do EMH, but question about which Electric Parade to watch. Should we tour during the 9pm show or the 11pm show?

I know the crowd at the parade at 11 will likely be smaller, but wouldn't this also be a better time for touring? My thinking was you can see a parade at any time, maybe not the best viewing, but still. My first thought is to watch the 9pm parade, then Wishes at 10pm, then move on with touring. Am I wrong? Would Wishes at 10 and parade at 11 be better?

I would think that since more people are going to be at the first parade, that that would be a good time to do rides. Since you're not eligible for EMH though, is there no other option for when you can go to MK? Because crowds are going to be heavier at parks that have EMH, and since you can't take advantage of it, I'm wondering why you want to go that day. I just checked easyWDW.com, and June 20 or June 24 would be better days for MK and you can still see MSEP on both those days.

I could go on a different day, but was thinking that extra two hours of late touring might be nice. From 11pm - 1am I was thinking that would be better than when the park closes at 11pm on a non-emh day, no? We could even stay longer than the 1am close to see things/shop/eat, but no rides as I understand it.
