MK - Parade and restaurant question

I have been looking at booking an ADR at either Tony's, LTT, or Plaza for our day at MK. I'll be in the park with my 3 kids - no DH that day - and need a cool, quiet-ish place to eat and recharge.

Another DISer pointed out the possibility of seeing a parade from some of the restaurants? Anyone know about this? Which restaurant and what time ADR would I need to look for?

I'd vote for the Plaza, but LTT would be a very good choice also. Tony's would be very low on my list because of the quality of the food and service.
