MK or Epcot on MLK Day evening?

We're arriving on MLK day, and would probably make it into the park by around 4pm. DH is going down for business and only has that evening and the following evening (Tuesday) free. He'd like to hit MK one evening and Epcot the other. We'll join him, but he'll have convention non-hopper tickets so can only do one each evening.

Our first thought is Epcot the first evening (MLK day) since it's open til 9 (MK is open til 8), then MK the next evening since (as of the latest change at least) it's an extended hours evening and we could stay until 10. Does that make sense? Would MK be more likely to be jammed on MLK day?

My guess is that MK would be jammed on MLK day because schools are closed. I would do Epcot on that Monday night.
