MK opens at 9:00---we enter at 8:00.......

................for breakfast reservation at Crystal Palace. Will we be able to rent a scooter at 8:00, or would we have to wait until the park opens? Thank you!

My understanding is the scooter rental should be open any time guests are allowed into the park -- which means, yes, you should be able to rent a scooter at early entry for an ADR.
