MK on Sunday's

When it is not a holiday weekend, is Sunday's typically busy at MK?

Even though some guides say various things...........remember that the MK, while other parks are still great, is the most popular park. On weekends, the locals come out to play so the parks are a little more crowded, including most the MK.

However, in slower times of the year it doesn't matter, it's still very easy to navigate.

Typically go to WDW the end of August and have always found MK to be a little emptier on Sunday. I would say Saturday is probably the busiest day ::yes::

Alright, I hate to let it out because we usually always hit MK the first day of our trip usually on a Sunday but yes it is usually not too crowded :bitelip: Now everyone will be there oN Sunday! Your best bet is to check early morning hours and extra evening hours and avoid MK on those days.

:ssst:

Hey you guys, sshhhhh... we don't want word getting out...

MK in the AM - get out by 11 AM - do lunch at a nearby resort - Whispering Canyon, GF Cafe, Kona Cafe. If it's an early morning - you'll get a bonus hour to play on the rides.
Do AKL or EPCOT after, on a Sunday afternoon.
EPCOT may be easier - if you eat at a monorail resort for lunch.
Other option - do a 11:30 AM lunch ADR for CP or Cindy's.

2nd option - do MK in the AM and go to the resort pool or mini-golf in the afternoon (depending on weather) - if raining - try DTD and browse the shops.

We've done MK on a Sunday AM on Memorial Day weekend, and in late June
no problem first thing and out at 11 AM when the crowds pour in.

I like MK on a Sunday morning and then we head to Epcot in the afternoon. I've never found most mornings there too bad, except for Saturdays.

LOL! The secret's out! Especially during the slower months, when MK is open late only on Saturdays and usually has Spectro on Saturday night. Everyone goes! Saturday night is a madhouse! And none of those people want to get up and go back to MK - go, enjoy!

Great :earsboy:

I think MK on a Sunday am will be our plan.

It will be just between us though :smooth:
