MK on Sunday - Good Idea or Not?

I'm sorry if this topic has been beaten to death already - I tried to search for it & couldn't find anything.

I'm trying to figure out if we should do MK on a Sunday or Monday. It will be in Mid September (Sept 14 or 15), so it will be a slower time of year. Sunday will be our first full day at WDW - and it will be an "EMH" day at the park. Whichever day we decide - we will be doing Cindy's breakfast that morning.

My original thinking was avoid MK on a weekend - and wait until Monday. But a lot of stuff I've been reading says MK is very busy on Mondays. I should mention that they are also planning on fireworks on Monday night.

So... what do you think? Will Sunday be manageable?

From the research I have done, Sunday is a good day to go to the MK - much less crowded than Saturdays. We will be going there on the same Sunday that you mention, in fact. We are planning to do the EMH that day as well.

We love Sundays at MK. We've never encountered a problem even with EE.
