MK on a Saturday

Hi everyone, I am trying to plan what days to go to what parks and we will be there nov. 29th-dec6th, a wed to wed. The thing is I was reading the unofficial guide to disney and it was actually saying that sundays are more crowded than saturdays and saturday is actually a good day to go to the MK. Does anyone have any thoughts on this. I thought I should avoid the MK on weekends. Thanks.

Saturday is considered a travel day for a lot of people. Of course, the locals make up a larger percentage of people at the theme parks on weekends so Saturday will not be quiet. We were at the MK on a Saturday morning last June. We were able to get a lot done in a few hours before the big crowds hit the park. If you get there at or before opening you will be fine. This is true for all the parks, EMH or not.
