MK on a Saturday or Friday when we don't have EMH

Hello!
My family is visiting Disney World in July of this year. We decided not to stay on property this time since we are traveling with a large party. My daughter has a Biddidi Bobbidi Boutique reservation for Friday the 19th at 10:45. However since we don't have EMH (which MK has EMH that morning), I was considering going on Saturday. I can get her a reservation on Saturday at 8:45 which is more preferable for us.

I heard it was a good idea to go to a park after they've had Magic Hours, but I'm not sure if that applies for Saturdays? Suggestions on whether we should attend MK on Friday even though we don't have EMH or on a Saturday would be most appreciated. Thank you for your help!

I'd go Saturday. I'd never go to an emh park if I wasn't using the emh.

I'd keep the Friday. Even on an EMH day, lines for all but the very most popular attractions are fairly reasonable for the first hour or so. If you go for rope drop on Friday, you can ride a few attractions on the non-EMH side of the park (Adventureland, Frontierland) or Fantasyland (Small World, Pooh, Little Mermaid; not Mine Train or Peter Pan) with minimal waits, then go to your appointment as lines are getting longer. If you switch to Saturday, by the time your appointment is done, all lines will be long.
