Can someone tell me if there is an MK music "album" somewhere? Like with current music that actually plays in the park/s?

I was looking for like Main Street stuff and maybe the electrical parade music?

Ps if it's on iTunes even better... When I search I just keep coming up with Japanese written things...

There are several albums of Disney tunes on iTunes...I can't say it's Main Street stuff (which is just actual music from the early 1900's, so they may be available under their real names "And the Band Played on", "The Bowery", "K,K,K-Katie" to name a few), but I have the Electric Parade on my playlist, so I know that lives on iTunes. Good luck

Youtube. Search for something like Magic Kingdom Entrance Music Loop or Main Street Music Loop. I listen to this when I want to get my fix! :)

eta I'm listening to the Electrical Parade soundtrack right now. :cheer2:

Thanks for all the replies! I am a bozo when it comes to searching, so this helps... :)

If you go to live 365 on your phone app and just search Disney. All kinds of Disney stations come up and play all the music from the parks. You can also go to Live365.com on your computer too. My favorite is Sorcerer radio and Reedy Creek. In fact, on Sorcerer radio, starting a 9:00 Pm they play all the music from the night time shows and parades. Really cool. I also listen to d-cot.com. They have all the back round music from the parks and resorts. You can pick which music you want to listen to. Hope this helps.

Reedy Creek and Scorcerer Radio can also be found on the TuneIn Radio app. There are a few Disney stations on there if you do a search.

I just went to the iTunes store, typed "Disney World" in the search box and a bunch of stuff came up--the very first example being the WDW Official Album. Didn't see anything in Japanese though I know Tokyo Disneyland has a selection fo cds.

I still don't know what's up with all the Oklahoma! music they play, I don't think that was produced by them

If you're hearing that on Main St., most of that music is not Disney original music or performances. A lot of it was lifted from old recordings.

in addition to all the above, check out the Subsonic app (themed streaming- Subsonic has a webpage too but i prefer their app) for ios and look @ d-cot.com (tons of park music).
Enjoy!

I use the Mouse World Radio app on iTunes. It was free & it has 3 different radio stations within the app. I like it a lot.

They didn't, but the style is "period" appropriate. Likewise, they've used tunes from The Music Man too.

BTW, the MSEP music is entitled "Baroque Hoedown", and it wasn't a Disney tune either! It was written by Jean-Jacques Perrey in 1966.
