MK morning breakfast and parking question

We are staying off property but would like to grab an early breakfast at Capt. Cooks (7-7:30ish) before going to MK for the day. Can you park at the resort for a counter service restaurant if you are not staying there? I’ve heard that parking for the MK doesn’t open until an hour before the park opens but we were hoping to eat earlier than that and head to the park sooner. Any suggestions? Thanks!

There have been people who have mobile ordered and been allowed to park and others who haven't. the Disney site clearly states you must have a dining reservation which mobile order isn't

Even if allowed to park for your mobile older, you cannot leave the car at the resort all day. You will have to move it to the TTC.
