MK might start serving alcohol!

I hope they do not bring alcohol to the parks.. Except maybe for Sit Down Dinning. (one club restaurant at DL serves drinks doesn't it?)

we have all seen the drunks at epcot, i might have been one along time ago.
Do we really want to see this at MK?

Totally agree!

I'm going to side with the "no alcohol unless its fancy dining". I'm not one to drink much, though once in a while I'll buy a drink at Epcot (usually during Food and Wine Fest). I see MK as more of the family with kiddies park...not so sure alcohol needs to be an additional drink on every menu there. Perhaps at night?

In private, you can drink as young as 5 according to the law...

Just think what Charlie Sean could have done at that age over here and yes you can drink at that age and in beer gardens at around 13,seam to recall you can drink cider at an earlier age as well.all the drinking in my youth has done my brain memory cells in
Paul

Actually, having some inebriated types around the parks can add color, particularly if you can herd them towards the live music. Here are some great examples from Epcot:

This one starts off a little slow, but starts getting fun at about 33 seconds in:

I'm sure Morockin enjoys this type of stuff in the audience:

More fun at the Morocco pavillion (what is it about that place...). To capture this, the person shooting the video had to kind of hide his phonecam, which is why the vid is sideways

I watched all 3 of the videos. the fist was just a lady enjoying the music. HOW was that bothering you? the other 2? well I thought they danced pretty well.!!!

Also, look at it another way: What is more harmful, a moderate booze habit (which research has linked to heart health, longevity and a lower risk of degenerative disease) or smoking?

Yet smoking is allowed in designated areas throughout the park. Passing through or near a smoking area can definitely bring some guests back to the real world. Someone having a glass of beer or wine in a restaurant won't do anything to shatter that illusion.

Smoking definitely ruins the illusion. :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

knew THAT wouldn't take long! pick on the smokers. hubby and I are one and a half months .. no smoking!!! and I defend the rights of smokers. and still will , 10 years from now, when I am 10 years without smoking. smoking should ALWAYS be alowed in DSAs. now I hate to smell it.. it makes me want it. maybe in 5 years it will make me nauseous.. who knows? all a non smoker has to do is avoid the VERY FEW and EVER CHANGING dsas.
