MK late May park hours anomoly?

I'm using new hours to guage crowds somewhat. Why would Monday, May 30th have an earlier close time at MK (10) than Tuesday May 31st (11pm)? The whole world has Monday off, what's with Tuesday? Touringplans.com recommended Tuesday for that week.

I was wondering the same thing. We'll be there then too. Perhaps they are doing it for the employees????? Don't know.
Will be interesting to see how often the schedule changes before then.

All is know from last year's experience-the Tuesday after Memorial Day in MK was extremely crowded. You could not walk through the area around Splash Mountain and Thunder Mountain Railroad. It was terrible.

On Memorial Day, it felt like everybody who was staying at BC actually spent the day at Stormalong Bay and the resort because it was very crowded.

I felt like our plan of not going to the parks on that Monday backfired because everyone else had the same idea.

Although, since we didn't go to the parks on Monday, I don't know what they were like compared to Tuesday.

Thanks for the info. Was it still crowded by Tues evening? I was thinking of popping in at night but now I'm scared!
