When parking in the MK handicapped parking area - do you still take the ferry boat to MK? My dh thinks that is the only way to get there if you drive - I have no idea.

The monorail should also be available. The ramp to get up to the monorail landing is a bit steep. There is no elevator.

Follow the blue line on the pavement after entering the MK Parking Toll Booth Area and make sure your hang tag is hanging.

If you only have a rear license plate, follow the blue line on the pavement and when you get to the CM, roll the window down to tell them you have a plate, or to simplify things, print out a handicap symbol on a sheet of paper you can put on the dash, maybe with "rear plate" so they know you aren't just making your own placard.

An older Google photo. The AAA Diamond Parking was discontinued and is now Preferred Parking area.

yes you take either the monorail or the ferry plus there is a walk up to the TTC tom get to either and it is up hill. I have never been lucky to find a wheelchair to use to the front gate. plus traffic is passing you as you walk at least last time I parked there felt unsafe walking a toddler/preschooler

Are you talking about the walk through the underpass? Is that normal vehicle traffic, or just the trams? If it's tram traffic, it shouldn't feel as unsafe for now, with the trams not running.

it is cars going to handicapped parking by where you walk up to TTC. no trams in the handicapped parking. felt very unsafe walking with young child while adult daughter had to get herself up the slight uphill without a wheelchair in that there were none to use to the gate
