MK Halloween party ticket prices

I wanted to confirm something I heard. Is it true that if you skip paying for park admission on the day of Mickeys Not so Scary Halloween party, you can get into the Magic Kingdom at 4 pm with only the cost of the party ticket (roughly $68) and stay until midnight?

Yep, they let you in at 4:00 and you can stay till the party is over. Regular park admission is not required.
