Hello,

I have a question regarding exchanging my AP voucher at MK Guest Services very late at night. The park is open until 2am and I was thinking the day of arrival to head to MK around 10pm to exchange for my AP and possibly go into the park. My question is do you think Guest Services will be crowded at that time/ are they even open that late? Thanks in advance.

They are always open during park hours at least, and usually 30-60 minutes or so on either side.

Just to add to this, I'm doubting that at 10 pm there will be much line at all for Guest Services.

Many people might not realize that each theme park has two Guest Relations offices. One is just inside the park gates, and one is just outside the park gates. I imagine at 10pm most people are already inside MK park, not arriving. And if they had an issue or question for GR, they would visit the outlet inside the park. So, IMO the GR office outside MK gates would not be very busy.

Thanks for all of the help! Looks like I will try and get my AP at that time rather than at park opening :)

Could you also redeem vouchers for military salute tickets at the MK gates this late at night, even if we're not going into the park?

As far as I've ever known, Guest Relations can do anything with tickets. So I believe the answer is yes. :thumbsup2

Update: went to MK guest relations around 9:55pm. The park closed at 2am. A cast member for the monorail said that guest relations closed at 10pm. So I had just made it there on time but there was no line at least.

I wonder if this is the same closing time for the one at the TTC? We will be staying at BLT and a couple hours after arriving we are eating at Ohana. I, too, have an AP voucher, so I wanted to activate my AP and purchase TIW on our way to Ohana :thumbsup2

Happy it all worked out. :goodvibes Did the CM at Guest Relations say that they closed at 10pm? IME, 90% of the information I get from CMs is just plain wrong. I can't imagine they close guest relations while there are still guests in the park, especially now that they are sending folks there to deal with MDE and Magic Band issues.

I actually went to TTC first so probably about 9:35pm and everything was closed. I was told by a cast member to make my way to the MK for guest relations. The line for guest relations this morning at MK was pretty long so I was snappy I didn't wait til morning to deal with exchanging.

Good to know! Thanks! We would be headed to Ohana around 6 or maybe 5:30, so I wonder if they'd still be open then? Maybe I'll see if I can find a number to call?

To make this easier...
You can do most any kind of ticket operation (in this case, activate an AP) at any ticket booth.
It does not need to be specifically a "Guest Relations" booth.

Thanks, Robo! Could I also purchase Tables in Wonderland at the same window? Do you know what time the ticket windows at the TTC close? Thanks :thumbsup2

Thanks, Robo!

1- Could I also purchase Tables in Wonderland at the same window?

2- Do you know what time the ticket windows at the TTC close? Thanks :thumbsup2

1- The only answer I have for that is "you can ask."
(Seems like they would... but, it's DISNEY.) ;)

2- I can't imagine that they would close all of the ticket booths for a park that is still open. If a guest wants to go in during the last hour of a park's day, why would they not sell him a ticket?

But, at TTC, they do have those ticket vending machines, so they could shut
the staffed booths (although even THAT doesn't seem right.)

And, over all, since they DO have booths just outside the MK gates, they
could close the staffed TTC booths a bit earlier and just staff the MK booth(s.)

Thanks so much. That was what I was thinking. Maybe they'd close the TTC ones early because the MK would still be open, and later in the day there's no "need" for both since there would be less people wanting to purchase tickets later in the day.

Our other option is to check in, walk over to MK and do the upgrade and TIW purchase, walk back, unpack, and then go to Ohana. As much as this seems "out of the way" (since the TTC would've been on our way) it might be the best option. I'd hate to rely on the TTC, find it closed, and have to circle all the way back around to go do it at MK and risk being late for our ADR. Thanks so much for the input :thumbsup2

I bet that early they would still be open but I can see why at almost 10pm they were closed.

Thanks! Maybe I'll just ask at the BLT concierge when we check in and they should be able to tell me. Then I won't have to run around figuring it out :thumbsup2

Sounds like a good plan to me! Have a great trip! :)
