Follow Robos advice and be in the tomorrowland side . We winged it from there and it was the best thing we did all trip. We had the fp and gave it up. When I thought about it....I couldn't figure out why I was wasting a fp on fireworks.

We waited until the very last minute . We started toward the castle and stopped . Basically as soon as we as we could see the castle , we stopped. There was a cm there taking pictures of people and she told us to stand near her because no one will knock her over...lol. it was awesome and I saw for tinkerbell for first time.

Two totally different fireworks experiences, both good. Most people "have" to do the Castle show along with Celebrate Magic. This should be everyone's first fireworks experience if they want the perfect Disney magic pixie dust like the movie intros. However, after you have gotten the so called essential experience, go back and watch them by the carousel/teacups or behind 7D and literally get BLOWN away. You will be in the middle of it, literally, the ground looking steamers to the sky on the Castle side and the giant round sky fireworks on your right. It's amazing. Very loud and very big. But you can't see the streamers coordinated right with the large ones unless you look right at the Castle front, that's why I like both.

We thought we missed the projection show. But they showed it again, which was great. Where we were standing was good because a mob of people weren't pushing us around. Honestly, I'm shocked at how some people act. But that's another thread.
