MK fireworks/signature eating suggestions

We had our first "signature" dining at the yachtsman last year and want to do another one on our April trip around Eastertime. Our first plan was to do CG and watch the fireworks from the roof, then maybe head back to MK and watch the late spectro (I am assuming they will have late spectro due to spring break crowds). Now I'm wondering about eating at one of the GF restaurants instead. Is there good firework viewing at Narcoosees or Citrico's? And would that be better than CG, or should we stick with the original plan?

We had late adr (9:00pm)at CG on xmas night and watched wishes and had a tremendous meal! It was alsmost 11 before we left , but could have gone to MK for a late night , but chose not to. I really enjoyed having the holiday meal at CG.

We've eatten at CG many times and loved it!!! We just got back from DW yesterday from a 2 week trip and we tried Narcoosee's for the first time. All I can say is I think we've found a new favorite. Everything from the sourdough bread to dessert was fabulous. We had the crabcake appetizer, Tilefish, Scallops. Filet, Key Lime Creme Brulee, Chocolate Cake and Almond Crusted Cheesecake. The restaurant is right on the water with a great view of Wishes. Just my 2 cents...
