MK ferry question

Does the ferry back to the TTC run during the fireworks?
I've been thinking about getting on the boat just before the fireworks start to get a jump on the crowds leaving when the park closes, or to get back to the TTC and watch the fireowks from the boat dock - we plan to go on Wednesday 30th April.

As far as I am aware, the ferry does run and if you time it right, you can watch the fireworks from the ferry.

If I am wrong, I am sure someone will correct me.

Yes. The view from the ferry is lovely at night, too.

Confirm yes, and if you are early, just walk to the Polynesian beach great view there. Its next to the TTC.

The other option would be to stay in the park and watch Wishes to get the full effect with the music and projections on the castle. Then grab a snack and a drink and find a nice place to site to watch the crowds rush out

It's great to people watch as everyone rushes out and then when all the crowds have gone you can take a nice relaxed stroll down Main Street and catch the ferry or monorail back to the TTC

I did think about hanging around after closing, but isn't the traffic horrendous for ages after park closing?

If you haven't seen the fireworks before I would watch them from the park to get the full effect. If you stand at the end of Mainstreet near the station you can hear all the music and then make a quick exit to the boat. I wouldn't stay until the crowds have gone as then you'll get caught up in the car park crush. Watch out that its not EMH on the day you go if you want to stay behind as then the park will be really busy. Although 30th April isn't down as EMH day at MK.

Further option,

Walk to Contemporary resort, you to the balcony on the fourth floor, watch them there, and then continue by monorail.

Or book a meal at California Grill for that time.
