MK Epcot or Animal Kingdom? Favorite

Epcot Epcot Epcot Epcot!!!!! We love this park. Even my 7 year old! He insists it is the first park we go to on every trip!

For us, its not even a close call: Epcot. In fact, we're looking at a trip this year and I think we may actually allocate two full days for Epcot this time around.

I'm just not into animal parks, so its probably not fair for me to compare anything to AK. We happen to have one of the best zoos in the country right here at home, and as grand as AK probably is, it just isn't a big priority for our family.

Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios in that order :) Cannot wait to get back there we  it!!!!

Wow what a tough question. EPCOT has been my favorite since I was a kid. MK is DW & DS's(5&3) favorite. AK grows on us every time we've gone. So all three are close, but majority rules so MK is the family's favorite. We skipped DHS last trip because.....we preferred to do a second day at the other 3.

I could never choose a favorite. They each are so special in their own way.

Magic Kingdom.

You just get that magical feeling looking up at the castle every time you visit.

Last time we went to Orlando, we only had a day to spend at Disney. So we went to the one park we have never been, AK. I still wish we took that second day to go to the MK.

1) Animal Kingdom
2) Hollywood Studios
3) Epcot
4) Magic Kingdom

While the MK is the original, I believe it suffers from a lot of stick-in-the-muddiness that prevents Disney from converting what it learned from operating the MK for decades into substantial, positive changes to the park itself. Maybe this Fantasyland rehab will address some of that, but I can see, in Animal Kingdom Park, especially, the realization of all that Disney learned. Putting aside theming, Animal Kingdom is the Magic Kingdom reimplemented capitalizing on all the best intelligence available for creating a magical place where stories come to life.

I'm the one that likes Hollywood Studios. I always try to put the HS day in the middle of the trip so that we can have an easier day. HS is a day with more shows than rides and less running all over.

Epcot is our favorite right now! We are going to spend more time exploring it next month when we go for our honeymoon... I can't wait to just go and take our time....

My fave is Epcot with MK coming in a close second. But my fave when traveling with the girls is MK by a landslide, but they liked Epcot and AK as well. We were only at DHS for a few hours for the Osborne Family Lights and never went back.

Epcot!!! We start every Disney World vacation by going to Epcot. I've got to hear the Epcot Entrance Music for my vacation to start! :goodvibes

AK I just love everything about it!:goodvibes

question was Epcot or AK - AK wins for us but we really love zoos
overall since that is what everyone is really doing here
MK, AK, Epcot, HS

my boys aren't into shows so much so the more shows the least they like - being in a crowded room is what they really hate - Actually on Tower of Terror - I asked if we could skip the first room because of crowd - the CM couldn't do that but she stopped letting others in the room after us so the room was only 1/3 full (got to skip MH streching room several times)

MK hands down! It holds a lot of nostalgia for me. The very first time I went to WDW was in 1977 when MK was the only park. I was 4 at the time, and don't remember very much of it, but some of my earliest memories are from that trip. My family and I did not return to WDW again until 1985, but we continued to go every year throughout the 80's. So, most of my WDW memories involve MK and Epcot (back when it was EPCOT Center), however with the number of changes made to Epcot since those days, it doesn't hold the same "home" feeling for me that MK does. That's why we bought our DVC at BLT, so I could be close to my favorite park! :goodvibes
