MK, Epcot and AK between and New Years... Easiest Way from SSR

Hi. We will be staying at Treehouse Villas between Christmas and New Years. I want to get to the parks about 30-45 minutes prior to park opening.

So, if MK opens at 7 am, what is the quickest way for me to get there for 6:15/6:30 am from THV at SSR? We wont have a car but will take Disney or cab or Uber, whichever is the fastest way for us to get there.

Buses should be running by 5:30. If you do not want to take a bus, cab/Uber to the Contemporary and walk the 10 minutes to Magic Kingdom.
