Possibly, but the meet n' greets can be fickle. Lines can really build there. I'd probably do Cinderella, then Tiana/Rapunzel, then PPF based on popularity and throughput.

I think PP > Cinderella > Rapunzel is the safer bet. If you're near the front for Peter, you should be good on time.

Do the princesses meet during EMH? It's not something on our radar, so I'm not sure of this one.

Yes.....we did exactly this plan on May 12th. No line at PPan...short lines for the princesses.
Looking at our photopass times....after we rode PPan, we had pictures with Elena/Cinderella @ 8:21, then Rapunzel/Tiana @ 8:39.
