MK EMH every morning Easter Week!!!

I just called Disney and confirmed that the MK will have EMH mornings on 3/31, 4/1, and 4/2 and I believe all the other days during the week before and after Easter. My strategy of avoiding EMH mornings will be impossible.

Interesting it isn't posted on there website that way...if they are going to do it i wish they would be consistant about where the info is shown...

I called Disney directly because I had questions about there being three Fantasmic! showings on 3/31. She confirmed this was true and she volunteered that MK had additional EMHs. I asked when it would be posted to the website and she said "now". I called back a few minutes later (after I checked the Disney website and none of these changes where shown) to get all the hours for my trip 3/31 thru 4/6 and the EMH mornings on 3/31 thru 4/2 were confirmed. Time will tell if this information is correct. I would suggest calling 407-824-4321 option 8 to get the hours for your vacation if you are traveling over Easter. The re-planning begins!

Nope, definitely doesn't show this on the official WDW site -- at least not yet.

Does show MK's open from 8 AM-midnight 3/20-4/1. On 4/2, the MK closes at 11 PM. Only EMH mornings it shows are Fridays.

OP, do you think it's possible that the person you spoke with mixed up the fact that the MK is now going to be open an hour earlier to everyone (at 8 AM) rather than that the MK would be open an additional hour early just to on-site guests? Just a thought, and guess I'll just keep watching the official site and will check directly with WDW a day or two before departure.

I too can't confirm this info anywhere. Disney CM's are great, but sometimes they do get some of the info goofed up or miscommunicated. I'm wondering if this may be the issue here.

I have confirmed this with two different CMs (via the 407-824-4321 number) that MK opens at 7am for resort guests on 3/31 thru 4/2 and on days earlier in the month as well. It is very surprising to me. They must be expecting some huge crowds!

O.K., so this topic was driving me crazy and I just called WDW. CM told me that for my dates -- 3/22-3/28 the MK morning EMH is Friday, 3/25. So, at least for now, there's only one 7 AM MK opening for our trip. Hope it stays that way, because it's starting to not feel like "vacation".

I didn't ask about days outside our trip.

That's good to know cause the CM I just spoke with told me only on Friday and that it was open at 8am each day but that was it....just depends on who you talk too.....and he seemed to be searching the computer sa we talked...why can some CM's get the info and others can't...

Zurgswife - EXACTLY! Same thing from the CM I spoke with! But it sure does sound like EMH everyday is true! When will Disney updated their site to make it "official"?!?

Hmmm, now does anyone think that Epcot, MGM and/or AK will be adding more park hours and more EMH days/nights?

If they do it everyday, it will make it so that MK is not packed to the hilt for every EMH....They do this at Christmas and it really helps..

I am confused. I only have one day at MK - Friday, April 1. My question- Does EMH start at 8 am or 7 am? And does it close at 11 pm or midnight?Thanks

I called Disney at 407-824-4321 on Friday night. They told me MK would be open 7-8am for resort guests and from 8am until 11pm for all guests. Spectro at 8pm and 10pm and Wishes at 9pm. The EMH morning on Friday was always on the schedule. They have now added EMH mornings at MK for everyday from 3/20 thru 4/2.

I just wish they would post it on there site...I called today and got the opposite answer...it was not open everyday of the week...Not saying i don't believe you just wish all CM's had the same information to give out...I'm thankful to have so many days for EMH

If that is the case now, how early will the resort buses begin running?

With the park opening at 7am...The first bus should be about 6am...I've found that I am usually able to catch the first bus at least an hour prior to opening..sometimes is is earlier...

I truly don't want to provide incorrect information on these boards that I enjoy so much so I called Disney again at 407-824-4321 (luckily cell phone long distance is free on weekends). They confirmed that MK will open at 7am everyday from 3/28 thru 4/2 (those were the days I asked about, I understand this is true from 3/20 thru 4/2). With the 7am-8am hour for resort guests only.

It sure will be tough for my boys to get out of bed when we arrive on 3/31 since we are from the West Coast. I was looking forward to the parks opening at 9am. Then they announced 8am openings and now 7am for EMH. Hopefully the evening hours work out for us.
