MK egg rolls...gone

I was looking forward to a dole whip and the egg rolls in Mk so I stopped and got my dole whip(which was excellent) then carried on for my egg rolls. The cart was there but no egg rolls, not even the sign. Did they just run out that day or has anybody noticed that they are no longer there. Please tell me they just ran out for the day.

I believe that the Egg Roll cart is now the Nacho cart. Not that well themed but I'll take nachos over an egg roll any day.

I hate to see the eggroll go for your sake but I hate eggrolls - Nasty . Nothing will turn my stomache quicker than 100 degree heat and grease!

I couldn't find it in April.

I did see the nachos.

I was looking forward to a vegetarian eggroll. Luckily they had them on the buffet at 1900 Park Fare, so I got my fix.

I used to enjoy an eggroll from the cart from time to time, but I think Nachos have a slightly wider appeal. The change occurred a couple of months ago, I believe.

~Early plans had eggrolls being replaced at that location by ... corn dogs...
~The original item offered at the cart was something called "Oriental Cheese-Dogs"

Darn I loved those eggrolls! I hate to see them go too, but at least I got the chance to enjoy them in the past.

Guess I'd rather have nachos verses corn dogs, so I am happy to hear they changed that. My question is why did they get rid of the egg rolls? Maybe Steve can enlighten us.

they were my favorite snack/light lunch in the Magic Kingdom. My husband always knew that I had to have one of the vegetarian egg rolls from that cart. How depressing......guess I will have to find a new favorite snack at MK. (and nachos certainly do not cut it for me......sorry!)
hhhhmmmm....do dole Whips count as a "light lunch?"

No, but a Dole Whip and a Mickey bar count.

I am sorry I missed these egg rolls. We have never seen them on a cart?? I did have one in China in EPCOT that was really good. But, my DD will be happy with the nachos. We looked all over for some chips/salsa or nachos in MK and couldn't find any.
