Help! This is our 3rd trip but I need some restaurant choice help! We are on the dining plan and I want to try all new places this time. We have 2 MK days.

Which of 2 these places would you choose:
Liberty Tree tavern (lunch or dinner)
1900 park fare late breakfast (11:45)
Whispering canyon cafe (dinner)
O'hana (cant find an ideal time. Currently have 3:55)

Of them the one I want to do the most is 1900 park fare. We have done crystal palace breakfast on both previous trips and my kids love it. I want to try new things so I thought between food and characters 1900 was a good option.

I think you've answered your own question. We're all going to have a million opinions on here, and they will all conflict, with you and with everyone else..

Go with your gut.. :)

Haha true. But I can still pick another one! I love opinions!

I would choose Ohana and I love the characters at 1900 dinner....the sisters are hilarious!!

We love dinner at 1900 - the sisters and stepmother are fantastic! We are trying Ohana for the first time in October.

We enjoyed the dinner @ 1900 Park Fare and we LOVED the food at Liberty Tree Tavern.

I haven’t done the 1900 breakfast, but the dinner is a lot of fun. I enjoyed LTT when I did it last year, but if you want to do 1900 I think that plan works. Early morning at MK, then Monorail over to GF for brunch. Then you can either do a break or head back into the park. Get your main meal in during the heat of the day rather than pushing through the afternoon waiting for dinner. That would be my plan.

But with 2 MK days I COULD do BOTH! Lol.

I've never been because my wife is a vegetarian, but Ohana gets glowing reviews.

I definitely would do 1900 Park Fare breakfast. Mary Poppins dressed in white. Decent breakfast foods. We've also did dinner there the step sisters are a hoot! (Strawberry soup).

I like Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner. It's served family style, meaning no reason to keep getting up for more food. It is also a traditional Thanksgiving!

Be prepared to wait past your reservation time at both places, unless you have one of the earlier reservations. (Our experience 15 to 20 minutes)

I personally wouldn't want to eat at Liberty Tree Tavern in the summer heat. I always end up going in the summer, but one of the reasons I want to go in Nov/Dec is to eat there.

I have done 1900 at 10:45 probelly waited 25 minutes to be seated almost always a wait -breakfast was good -characters were great ,
especially because the place was packed walking in -but was emptying out fast also so the characters had tons of time -
Ohana at 4 :20 was my very favorite great table ,our servers where super good and food was done and plentiful
sometimes later it seems like they never come back around and sometimes the steak could be cooked slightly more for a nice medium
if you do Ohana see if you can request Joel for your waiter -

We love lunch at LTT. We have only done breakfast at WCC and we enjoy it. Have not been to the others.

This is a very good point. I usually go in the cooler months as well so didn’t think about that. LTT is heavier food with the turkey effect. You would want to be carful about over eating in hotter months.
