MK Closing on NYE due to capacity???

Does MK usually close due to capacity on NYEve?? If so, what time have you seen it close. Just wondering if we could park hop that day. We want to see the Osbourne Family Lights, but not sure what time they start.

If, by chance, you DO mean Disneyland -

Disneyland is notorious for reaching capacity on NYE. What time varies from year to year, but I would aim to be in DL no later than 3pm. There is no Osborne Lights at DL though, only at wDW. One year, I would LOVE to see them in person They look amazing on television.
