i have visited their site but this question still remains

are their services FREE - i did read their suggestions on how to make donations in lieu of their fee - but the human mind still makes me feel skeptical -

so this is a free service - in other words, there will be no money paid out by me for their service

All the online TA's that are disney specialists like MJ, DU, SW are free to you. They get paid by commissions from WDW and you pay the same whether you booked it yourself or thru them. I love my TA at DU and having someone handle my ressies and questions.

ALWAYS stay away from a TA that charges you a fee for their services. I use Grand Getaways and they are terrific. You can request a quote right on their website and they do not charge a fee AND they will handle airport transportation, Priority Seatings and anything else that you need.

Hmmm. I've lived in Chicago too long. I thought this thread was going to be about Michael Jordan. It took me awhile to figure out it was about Magical Journeys. Right??
