Anyone try to book a private class recently? I've done this 2 times before and I'm trying for our cruise in November and have yet to hear back from them on the times for our 2 classes. We are about 2 weeks out from our cruise and I haven't been able to get a time or date for our class. Did anyone else have that too? We are on the Dream. Before I had to turn in who was in the class 2 weeks before and we haven't done anything yet! Thoughts?

I was not in charge of it for our group but by now they had confirmed our days and times. I would press them again if it were me..!

We've had our confirmed class times for our cruise this Saturday for about a month now.

I didn't have everything finalized for my Nov 4th sailing until last Monday Oct 16th. It was my 1st time organizing it and will probably be my last. It was very frustrating communicating with DCL special requests. I have 6 separate tastings set up and thought having to wait 4 or 5 days at a time for email replies was extremely excessive.

I finally heard back from them and I've only ever done Mixology but this will be my last time organizing too. It used to be really easy but this time it was much more difficult as mossecrouse said. We didn't get our times until 2 weeks before the sail date.

Perhaps this is why they're allowing people to book some of the tastings ahead of time. A cruise meet group could just choose one of the prearranged tastings and all sign up for it ahead of time.

I wonder if they just don't want to do prearranged classes anymore. I think they are trying to discourage it.

They aren't even issuing tickets anymore for private tastings. Our organizer made tickets for everybody this week and handed them out at our M&G.
